Henry Good Elementary School

HW Good Elementary is one of three elementary schools in the Yough School District. We are a K-4 school located in Herminie, PA with about 300 students. We are a small rural school that works diligently to create a program that is personalized, caring, and high achieving.

We pride ourselves on being a friendly and open school that offers a high quality education for all our children. Our highly qualified teaching staff is committed to providing our students with relevant and rigorous instruction. We work hard to reach each child academically as well as socially and emotionally.

At HW Good, we focus on building a strong partnership between the school and home. This is critical to student and school success. Working together enhances the caring school environment that makes our school so special.
